Last night was serious mayhem in Lawrence. Mass St. in downtown Lawrence was so crowded you can barely walk. People crowded together screaming, flying flags, climbing lamp posts, et cetera, et cetera. Insane. I have about 7 rolls of film i need to develop from all of this.
But, strangely, there were no problems because it was a "happy" celebration. People were very friendly and no fights broke out. It was crazy, but under control. It was something to experience, and I'm glad I can say I was there.
Now all we need to do is win the NCAA National Championship. I couldn't begin to imagine what Mass St. downtown will look like. Seriously. Wow. That's all I can say thinking about it. Wow.
